One day of forcing myself. One day of doing something that I have broken off. One day to break the cycle.
One day of wearing my shoes and going to the gym, and I am back on the exercise regimen.
One day of skipping dinner and staying hungry, and I am back on the fasting diet.
One day of not checking my phone and logging on to social media, and I am back on the detox discipline.
One day of waking up early and sitting quietly in silence, and I am back in the meditation zone.
One day of sitting at my desk and putting words on paper, and I am back on the writing routine.
It doesn’t take more than one day to break the cycle. One day to get back to happiness.
